بخت سے کوئی شکایت ہے نہ افلاک سے ہے
یہی کیا کم ہے کہ نسبت مجھے اِس خا ک سے ہے

جو لاکھوں دیپ بجھے ہیں تو یہ چراغ جلا
The topic of the speech that I will present to you today is "Role of Scholars in Independence of the Nation".
Brothers of Islam! The country of Pakistan is a great blessing from Allah Almighty where we are living freely, there is peace and order everywhere, we establish mosques and madrassas, we worship ourselves, we give religious education, there is no restriction here, this is the country that It is the only country after Madinah Tayyaba which is based on the Kalima Tayyaba.
Dear audience! Behind the freedom of Pakistan, our scholars, our martyrs, our political leaders are great sacrifices which we can never forget
Come on! We see in the pages of history what kind of sacrifices these people made. When the British looked at the prosperous India, they decided to occupy the land of India, entered them under the pretext of trade and began to dominate the Muslims with their cunning and deception.
Thus, in the year 1857 (1857 AD), India was completely taken over.
Dear audience! After the arrival of the British, the Muslims continued to decline day by day, now it was necessary to get rid of such authorities whose impure existence made it difficult to follow Islamic teachings.
So Hazrat Shah Abdul Aziz Muhaddith Dehlavi (may Allah have mercy on him) gave a fatwa that India has become a place of war, while Mujahid Kabir Syed Ahmad Shaheed (RA) and Hazrat Shah Ismail Shaheed (RA) jumped into the field of Jihad with their soldiers.
This chain of Jihad did not stop but continued even in the field of Shamli, we see that the leader of Ulema Deoband, Qasim Nanotwi, is seen fighting the British, and takes a bullet on his arm. Likewise, we see Hazrat Haji Imdadullah Maulana Rasheed Ganguhi and Muhajir Makki are seen fighting against the British in the same field and Hazrat Hafiz Zaman Shaheed sacrificed his life in the same field while fighting with the British and they all say this.

The audience is heartwarming! There was a period of independence when Muslims fought the British in the field of Jihad, now Muslims started the struggle for freedom through political platforms and two major political parties came into existence, one is Congress and the other is Muslim League.
Congress presented the idea of a united India while Muslim League presented the two nation idea. Maulana Hussain Ahmad Madani (RA) Maulana Abul Kalam Azad (RA) etc. supported the Congress.
And Hazrat Hakeem-ul-Umat Ashraf Ali Thanvi (RA) Allama Shabbir Ahmad Usmani (RA) Maulana Zafar Ahmad Usmani (RA) and many other scholars supported the Muslim League.
Today let me tell you a fact of history which has been forgotten which is the real motive behind the "two nation theory".
Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi of Deoband was the first to propound the two nation theory
In June 1928 (1928), Hazrat Thanvi presented the two-nation theory in a meeting, which has been forgotten today.
Then, two years later, Allama Iqbal presented this theory to the public
Dear audience! The Muslim League demanded to create a separate state on the basis of the word "La ilaha Allah".
So Allama Shabbir Ahmad Usmani, Maulana Zafar Ahmad Usmani, Maulana Mufti Muhammad Shafi Usmani, entered the field.
Maulana Shabbir Ahmad Usmani and Allama Zafar Ahmad Usmani participated in various meetings and in their speeches persuaded the people to vote for the Muslim League and Mufti Shafi Usmani issued a fatwa in support of the Muslim League.
Seeing the hard work of Hazrat Thanvi and other scholars, Quaid-e-Azam had to admit that "I have a scholar standing with me whose knowledge and sanctity is greater than the rest of the scholars".
Thus, Pakistan came into existence on the night of Qadr, 27th of Ramadan, 14th of August 1947, with the joint efforts and hard work of Quaid-i-Azam and his colleagues and scholars.
When Maulana Shabbir Ahmad Usmani (RA) Maulana Zafar Ahmad Usmani (RA) and Mufti Shafi (RA) congratulate Quaid-i-Azam on the independence, they say "Maulana, congratulations to you, this success has been achieved by your efforts."
Similarly, when it was time to unfurl the flag, Allama Shabbir Ahmad Usmani (RA) hoisted the green crescent flag in West Pakistan and Allama Zafar Ahmad Usmani (RA) hoisted the green crescent flag in East Pakistan.
Dear audience! We should love our country. Martyrs have shed their blood, mothers have sacrificed their livers, children have become orphans and helpless, scholars and political leaders have gained freedom by working hard day and night. Protect the

یہ وطن تمھارا ہے تم ہو پاسباں اس کے
یہ چمن تمھارا ہے تم ہو نغمہ خواں اس کے
